UPCOMING PRODUCTIONS: (AUDITIONS JANUARY 2 + 4, 2025)

"Murder at Mohawk Manor" -

by Lauren D. Fraser (c) 2024

Show Dates: March 6-9, 2025, Mohawk House Dinner Theater

It’s 1928 in Sparta, NJ. Socialite and recent widow, Glenda Von Herzenberg has gathered Sparta’s most elite for a party at her estate, Mohawk Manor, as a celebration of life for her late husband, Martin Von Herzenberg. Lake Mohawk is currently under construction and Glenda happens to be holding on to some inherited property down in the plaza that several parties had tried to purchase from Martin while he was alive. It seems that Glenda is just taunting her potential buyers, especially with this invitation, which they misconstrue as an opportunity to plead their cases for the property.

The night takes a turn toward the unexpected when one of her guests turns out to be famed Private Detective, Willis Walterloo who has been hired by Glenda. She believes foul play was involved in her husband’s death and is concerned that she might be next. Instead of negotiating real estate deals, the guests are interrogated and must determine who done it, before it happens again. Audience members are called upon to assist with the investigation and will decide who they think murdered Martin Von Herzenberg and why.
